3) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country to use the Platform.
  • You are responsible for your account activity and keeping login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security/legal risks.

4) Platform role & contract structure

The Platform provides listing, discovery, payment facilitation, and delivery infrastructure for digital content. Items are created and provided by Authors unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Your purchase grants you access to the Item and a License to use it. Ownership of intellectual property is not transferred.

5) Purchases, delivery, and access

  • After purchase (or when downloading a free item), you may access the Item through your account, subject to these Terms and the applicable License.
  • We may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent fraud, abuse, or automated scraping.
  • Item compatibility depends on engine version, platform, and your project setup. Always review the item description and requirements before purchase.

License options at checkout: Some Items offer multiple license options (for example Regular and Extended). You are responsible for selecting the correct option. The meaning of each option is explained in Licensing (/licenses-terms) and may be further specified on the Item’s product page.

6) Licensing (EULA)

Your rights to use an Item are governed by the Item’s License (EULA). The applicable license is shown on the product page and/or included in the downloaded files. Licenses may vary between Items.

Full licensing rules (including Regular vs Extended, team sharing, redistribution rules, and Support Periods) are defined in: Licensing.

7) Refunds

Refund rules are defined in Refund Policy. Digital content may have specific refund limitations, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise (for example, if the content is defective or not as described).

8) Free items

Free items are still licensed content and remain subject to these Terms and the applicable License. Additional rules for free downloads are defined in Free Items Policy.

9) Reviews, ratings, and user content

Users may be able to post reviews, ratings, comments, and other content. You remain responsible for what you post. We may remove content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, or violates these Terms.

You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your submitted content as necessary to operate the Platform (for example: showing reviews and comments publicly).

10) Author program & referral program

If you publish Items as an Author, you must comply with Author Terms. If the referral program is enabled, participation is governed by Referral Program Terms.

11) Intellectual property & takedown requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us via our ticket system with sufficient details to investigate and act.

12) Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities;
  • attempt to bypass security, licensing controls, download limits, or access restrictions;
  • upload malware, backdoors, spyware, miners, or harmful code;
  • scrape or copy substantial parts of the Platform without permission;
  • manipulate reviews, ratings, sales, or search visibility through deceptive means;
  • harass, abuse, or threaten other users, Authors, or staff.

13) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Platform, or created security/legal risks. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

14) Disclaimers

The Platform and all Items are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that any Item will meet your specific requirements.

15) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the use of the Platform or any Item.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

17) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country may still apply where required.

If you are a consumer, you may have access to out-of-court dispute resolution options under applicable law.

18) Privacy and cookies

Personal data processing is described in Privacy Policy. Cookie and consent information is described in Cookies (GDPR).
